About Our Fitness Holidays

What a difference a few days can make!

More people than ever are finding value in getting away for a week for the benefit of new experiences, as well as a change in the regular training environment and, when possible, we are also planning long weekends "short breaks," for those of you that can't get away for a whole week.

We would like to take that to the next level and want to create a fitness week that gives more. We know that a one-week Fitness Holiday can be intensive and we have taken this into consideration when combining the training schedule. We make sure that there is time for quality training, one on one time with the coaches, presentations to inspire and educate you, as well as time to relax both your body and mind.

It all starts when you choose your Fitness Holiday, which is why we work hard to provide you with answers to your questions as soon as possible. When you have come to a decision, the booking and delivery of information shall proceed as smooth as possible all the way until your departure day.


We have worked hard to put a program together to ensure that you get what you are looking for during your Fitness Holiday. This includes a detailed training program, an overview of the coach(s) that will be leading the camp, what food you can expect to enjoy during your stay, as well as other details to describe the location. The contents of the Fitness Holiday vary dependent on the sport and the athletic level of the participants.
